Our service is free, confidential, independent and impartial and open to everyone in the community.  Advice is provided by phone, online via webchat, email or face to face at one of our advice centres.

By providing a one-stop-shop our advisers are able to conduct a thorough assessment of clients’ individual circumstances and provide tailored, practical solutions and ongoing support to those who need it. They will not tell people what to do but encourage them to make their own decisions.

Operating from some 40 different locations across Surrey, our advisers use all the latest information so that clients are armed with the best and most accurate advice on virtually any issue including:
